By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Light and Dance VR ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

2. License Grant

Total Creations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Light and Dance VR for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Game for:

Personal entertainment and relaxation
Creating and enjoying music visualizations
Dancing and physical activity in VR
Creating digital art within the Game's creative mode

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Game
Use the Game for any illegal or harmful purposes
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Use the Game in a way that could damage your health or safety

5. Health and Safety

Important VR Safety Notice:

Ensure adequate play space free of obstacles
Take regular breaks to prevent motion sickness
Stop immediately if you feel discomfort
Consult a physician if you have any medical conditions
Do not use if you have epilepsy or are sensitive to flashing lights

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Light and Dance VR, including but not limited to graphics, music, sound effects, and code, is owned by Total Creations and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

Any creations you make within the Game's creative mode remain your property. However, you grant Total Creations a non-exclusive license to use such content for promotional purposes.

8. Updates and Modifications

We may update the Game from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. These updates are provided at our discretion and may be required for continued use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

Total Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

11. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Total Creations is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
