End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Total Creations for the use of Light and Dance VR ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

Total Creations grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on compatible VR devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or make the Software available over a network
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Create derivative works based on the Software
Use the Software for commercial purposes
Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Total Creations retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

5. VR-Specific Terms

Virtual Reality Safety:

Use only in a safe, clear area free of obstacles
Ensure proper VR headset setup and calibration
Take breaks every 30 minutes to prevent fatigue
Stop use immediately if you experience discomfort
Not recommended for users with heart conditions, epilepsy, or motion sensitivity

6. Music and Audio

The Software includes music visualization features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any music files you import into the Software.

7. Privacy and Data

The Software does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. All game data remains locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Updates

We may provide updates to improve the Software. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TOTAL CREATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL CREATIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Total Creations from any claims arising from your use of the Software or violation of this EULA.

12. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

13. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by applicable copyright and software licensing laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where Total Creations is located.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Total Creations regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
